Are you open to the Public?
Yes, however an appointment is required in advance. We do not welcome walk-ups in any circumstance. We are also happy to assist you over the phone at any time.

What is laser inscription?
Diamonds often have a certification number from a grading laboratory inscribed by a laser onto the girdle of the stone. This inscription number is tiny and requires high magnification to see. It does not affect the appearance or brilliance of the diamond in any way.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Great question. Unfortunately, the diamond industry as a whole has done a miserable job of establishing and defining standards for what qualifies as “conflict-free”. The hard truth is that it is impossible to absolutely guarantee a diamond has not been involved in conflict unless the diamond has a “Canadian Mark”, with which few diamonds are marked. Many people in the industry will claim that their diamonds were certified by the Kimberly Process, but this process is severely flawed and has failed the industry and, sadly, the people it was meant to protect. We believe transparency in this area is a significant moral issue and we are happy to discuss it with you at any time.

What does “eye-clean” mean?
This is a term used to describe a diamond that appears free of any inclusions or blemishes when the diamond is being closely examined by the naked eye.

Where do I get a ring made after I buy a diamond?
Wolf Diamonds can create any setting. From simple to complicated, we will help you craft a custom ring according to your exact specifications.

What other jewelry do you make?
We can make anything you would like from earrings to necklaces and more. Every piece of jewelry we make is custom-made for each individual customer.

Does Wolf Diamonds perform appraisals?
No. We believe that it is a conflict of interest for us to sell you a diamond and tell you what its worth at the same time. A proper, independent appraisal allows you to verify what we sold you. If you're interested, we can certainly direct you to a qualified appraiser.

Will I be required to pay sales tax?
Any item picked up or shipped within the state of Texas is subject 8.25% sales tax. Items shipped to customers outside of Texas are not subject to sales tax.

Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans at this time.

How are products shipped?
Products are shipped in unmarked, insured packaging and require a signature for delivery.

Do you offer insurance?
Wolf Diamonds does not offer insurance, but we are pleased to direct you to Jeweler's Mutual Insurance Company.
