Returns within 30 Days:
Our 30-day return policy gives you the opportunity to consider your purchase and know that you made the right selection.
-For whatever reason, if you desire to return your purchase within 30 days, you may do so according to the following requirements:
- Any product that appears to be worn, damaged or altered cannot be accepted for return. |
- If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with a return. To properly ship an item back to Wolf Diamonds, please call us for instructions.

| Buyback Policy (Outside 30 Days) |
- Wolf Diamonds will buy back the main center diamond for 85% of selling price.
- Due to the uniqueness of custom settings, these will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Wolf Diamonds will make every effort to satisfy and accommodate the customer but is unable to offer a guarantee on the return of settings.

Lifetime Upgrade Policy
Wolf diamonds offers a lifetime upgrade policy for all Round “Wolf Diamonds Select” diamonds. The full purchase price of the original diamond will be applied as a credit to your upgrade. Please note this offer excludes settings or the metal used in jewelry and settings.
